Founded in 2022, Aura Land is a Yorkshire based land and property consultancy specialising in every aspect of the residential development sector. Backed by more than 20 years of combined experience within the housebuilding and residential land industry, the company’s core focus is the acquisition, promotion and sale of residential development land across Yorkshire, the Midlands and surrounding regions.
Our expertise spans the full spectrum of residential development opportunities, from individual self-build plots and small infill sites through to strategic land and large-scale schemes comprising hundreds of new homes.
